All orders are shipped from Canada via UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. They do not include order processing or made-to-order production time.

PROCESSING & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Ready-to-ship orders are prepared for dispatch after your order has been confirmed.

Select Jerome Manguba pieces are made to order and handcrafted in our Toronto atelier. Made-to-order items may require 5 to 14 business days for production prior to shipment. Where applicable, made-to-order production times will be noted on the product page.

This considered approach allows each piece to be produced with care while supporting our commitment to thoughtful, small-scale production.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Please contact info@jeromemanguba.com as soon as possible should an address correction be required. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

TAXES & DUTIES

Applicable Canadian sales taxes will be calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and/or shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
