We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before placing your order. Should you require assistance with sizing or product details prior to purchase, please contact info@jeromemanguba.com.
REFUNDS
Jerome Manguba does not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference or personal preference.
EXCHANGES
Eligible full-price, ready-to-ship garments may be exchanged for another size within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability. Should the requested size no longer be available, we may offer an alternative item or store credit at our discretion.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items, archive sale items, made-to-order items, custom items and leather goods are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an approved exchange, including return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Jerome Manguba is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an approved exchange.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Should your order arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@jeromemanguba.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate. In these circumstances, Jerome Manguba will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the requested replacement size. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
